To track the shipment of an order, first log into https://manager.teachbanzai.com/login.
Once there, click on the tabs on the top of your page until you find your order. In the example below, the order we want to track is "In Transit".
If there are multiple orders on this tab, click the order name listed on the left. This will pull up the order details on the right.
Click "View Tracking" in the order history, and you will be taken to FedEx's website, with the order's tracking number already in place.
