How can I keep track of the orders I need to deliver?

Once a box of Banzai booklets has arrived at your office, it's time to make a delivery! All orders that are ready for delivery will be listed on the "To Deliver" tab in Banzai Manager. 

First, log in at

Click the "To Deliver" tab at the top of the screen.

In the example below, you have two orders that are ready to be delivered. Below, James Zander's order has been selected, so his order details are to the right. 

Click on Brett Hatlin's order card, and his details will appear instead.

Both these orders need to be delivered. So what now?

Need to get in touch with the teacher? Simply click the "Get in touch" link at the top of the order screen. Already talked to him on the phone or by email? Then click "Already in touch" instead.

Need help with an order (for any reason)? Click the orange "Get help" button at the bottom of the page. 

Want to add in a note about the order? Click the "Take a note" box at the bottom of the page and start typing. Press enter to save. 

Once the order is safely delivered to the teacher, click the "Mark as Delivered" button at the top of the screen. This will move the order to the "Delivered" tab, and your job is done!
