My student can't seem to log in. What can I do?

If your student is having issues accessing their student account, you can look up their username on your class roster and/or change their password if you need to so they can log in.

First, log in at

You will see a list of your class(es). Clicking on the class name will bring up a list of students. Beneath each name in gray is their username that they'll need to log in.

Once you've verified that the student is spelling their user name correctly, you can also reset their password. To do this, click on the student's name. A quick summary of their work will appear.

Next, click the Reset Password link in upper right corner. 

Your student's new password will be password1. Once the student logs in, he or she will be prompted to change it to a secure one.
